EDIT: Okay, I can see some of you are struggling a bit with 'image uploading'; here are some step by step instructions.
Hope they help:
1. Makesure you have an image saved in your documents. The image can't be too big!
2. Once you're in the message editor, see the buttons just above? Click the
fifteenth one.
3. Once the pop-up box has opened, click 'choose' and select the file you want to upload from your documents.
4. Click 'host it'.
5. Once it has uploaded, and you can see three big long lines of text, copy the text underneath 'Image'.
6. To close the window, click the fifteenth button again.
7. Paste the text you just copied into the message box.
8. Click 'Send'!
That should now work. If you have any further questions, just ask!
